Objem invest\u00edci\u00ed v krajin\u00e1ch strednej a v\u00fdchodnej Eur\u00f3py (CEE) v roku 2022 klesol o 3,3 % v porovnan\u00ed s minul\u00fdm rokom a o 20 % s obdob\u00edm pred pand\u00e9miou. Celkov\u00fd objem invest\u00edci\u00ed v CEE dosiahol pribli\u017ene 10,7 miliardy eur. O\u010dak\u00e1va sa, \u017ee trhy zostan\u00fa v prvom polroku 2023 utlmen\u00e9 kv\u00f4li negat\u00edvnemu sentimentu v ekonomike a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1kladom na financovanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na Slovensku dosiahol celkov\u00fd objem invest\u00edci\u00ed pribli\u017ene 1,16 miliardy eur s 42 zaznamenan\u00fdmi transakciami. O z toho sa postaral odpredaj realitn\u00e9ho portf\u00f3lia Penty novozalo\u017eenej spolo\u010dnosti Alto Real Estate. V regi\u00f3ne dominoval kancel\u00e1rsky sektor s 38 % z celkov\u00e9ho objemu invest\u00edci\u00ed, nasledovan\u00fd maloobchodom a priemyslom s 27 % a 26 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na slovenskej investi\u010dnej sc\u00e9ne aj na\u010falej ch\u00fdba ponuka v segmente komer\u010dn\u00fdch nehnute\u013enost\u00ed. Dom\u00e1ci hr\u00e1\u010di sa \u010dasto zap\u00e1jaj\u00fa do obchodov s pridanou hodnotou, zatia\u013e \u010do z\u00e1ujem nadn\u00e1rodn\u00fdch in\u0161titucion\u00e1lnych investorov sa \u010doraz viac pres\u00fava k industri\u00e1lnym nehnute\u013enostiam, retail parkom a alternat\u00edvnym triedam akt\u00edv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
