What am I talking about, you ask?

It can also be an unfair advantage for the rich to be born to a rich sheikh in Abu Dhabi. There's a pretty good chance you won't die of hunger and thirst.

But even these rich people enjoy an advantage, whereby they continually get richer, while the common man systematically and daily loses. What is this advantage?

The money rich people earn is minimal 10x more than your moneythat you have stored in a bank somewhere. Now, it doesn't matter how much.

A rich man's 100 euro note changes throughout the year until it becomes 115 euros.

These people use the unfair advantage of the rich and they change banknote after banknote. The more the better. And why not?

If you knew a way to make a 100 euro note turn into the number 115 in one year, what would you do?

But do you know what your 100 euro note does?

Either you spend it somewhere or you spend it you let your savings account go hungryor in the bank in such a way that only the number 90 remains.

You didn't take good care of her! Don't despair. It's understandable. You cared, but you didn't know how. Most ordinary people don't even have the ability to value money in a way that makes a profit.

Has your bank ever offered you the opportunity to invest your money and get passive income?

What yield did they offer you, 2%? If you pay the fees and subtract inflation you're at zero. More like negative. Your money is starving every dayuntil they lose their value. Let me show you an example.

Put €1,000 in your bank account today and go there in a year and see what you see. If the bank promises you a generous 2% interest per year on your savings account, you should see €1,020 there at the end of the year.

But subtract the monthly fees and the annual inflation of about 2%. What do you see? I don't know what you see, but I don't even see the €1000 you put in at the beginning.

This is unfortunately true.

How does the club of the rich invest or take care of its money? Trust me, where you send the money, the rich don't put a dime in.

They have other options and opportunities to value their assets. They appreciate money at least 10 times faster than you.

Again, I'll show you with an example.

If a rich person puts down €1,000 and doesn't see at least €1,100 there at the end of the year (after deducting all fees), it's not even worth his while.

That means 10% annual return! Without work. Can you see the differencehow is your 100-euro bill and the 100-euro bill of the rich behaving?

That's what I call the unfair advantage of the rich. If you find it once, don't ever lose it again! Because with this opportunity, you can change your financial life for good.

Such a return opens the way to new opportunities and a permanent passive income.

You get financial freedom. Money will flow into your pocket on a regular basis, without work, in any place you choose for your life.

How do you find the unfair advantage of the rich and start feeding your bank notes?

Look for safe investments with a return of at least 7% - 10% per year.

Where to look?

The most secure and tangible commodity is real estate . For starters, it's an ideal way for you to gain an unfair advantage of the rich and start earning passively.

Invest in land, in properties that you rent out or sell for a profit. Buy building land. You'll never regret it and you'll never lose out. When housing prices were jumping up and down with land it didn't even move. I don't think it ever will.

Or invest in a rental property. Watch the yield, it should be at least 7% - 10% per year. You will avoid complications caused by market fluctuations or unforeseen costs.

Now you're saying: "Well, I don't have enough money to buy a plot of land or other property, and I don't have the knowledge I need to do it."

So find a buddy or friends who will help you or go along with you.

Or become a member in INVESTORS CLUBSwhere 100's of investors are investing with an unfair advantage to the wealthy in ready-made real estate projects.

If you get a steady passive income with an unfair advantage to the rich, learn to use financial leversthat will multiply your profits literally overnight. ⚙️ Levers that make the rich rich richer at a fast pace.

We'll talk about that in the next article. How to use debt to get richer. It's a sensitive topic, so I'm going to be careful when writing this blog.

But it's a common way for an investor to multiply their income in a matter of days. And I'm not exaggerating at all.

But don't think about the debt now. The important thing to realize is that the only way to a financially rich life is through passive income with an unfair advantage for the rich. The rich invest where they will get at least 10 times more than ordinary people.

If you deposit your money in banks, you will also lose money every single day, systematically, exactly according to plan. You will NEVER create passive income and financial freedom this way.

PS:

Do you know how much money we, Slovaks, have deposited in Slovak banks? 35 billion euros! To give you an idea, that's 35 thousand million euros. It is hard for me to imagine. Do you know what the bank does with this money? It invests it profitably. And what do you get out of it?
