As a company Invest in Slovakia we offer an alternative to the traditional way of investing in real estate. We work as a crowdfunding platform, which means that we bring together a larger number of investors to support a real estate project.
Thanks to this, people can invest very small amounts, starting from as little as €100, and thus appreciate their finances.
The whole process is online and as transparent as possible.
The client who decides to invest with us is free of charge registers for INVEST CLUBwhere you can browse current investment offers. He chooses which offer he likes and invests the amount he considers. That's it!
Subsequently, after the real estate project is completed, percentage bonuses are paid. All details and up-to-date information on the status of the investment can be found by the client in your account.
Of course, it has access to data such as the name of the developer, the construction company, key people involved in the construction, details of the construction and business models.
We always verify investment projects for our investors and therefore only 5% of the offered projects will be evaluated as suitable. They are selected by a dedicated team together with the bank's investment team.
Moreover, the developer, as the owner of the project, guarantees the investment with all its assets, the value of the property and the future value of the investment project.
