Editorial Invest in Slovakia
The last two months of this year gave our team a lot of work. We left our "routine" of long pauses between projects and brought you two investment opportunities from other parts of Slovakia.
At the end of October we launched a crowdfunding campaign for a project in Prešov, which was to make maximum use of the green spaces on the areaswhere there would normally be building material.
The main investor gave our investors the opportunity to participate in the project with a total amount of EUR 200,000 for a period of 24 months and with a fair return 14,37% p.a. (annually).
The surprise was the fulfillment of this amount, for us so far in an absolutely record time, in 5 working days. It is possible that several factors played a role - a different location, one of the higher yields offered, shorter investment period, a long-awaited project from "our workshop" since the last project in July, etc.
The absolute last project of this year was apartment house in Zvolen. The campaign had only 11 days scheduled because of the upcoming holidays.
This time the main investor has given you the opportunity to participate in the last project of 2020 with the amount of 230.000 euros, with a fair return 13,81% p.a. and with an investment period of 18 months. Moreover, he offered a project with a valid building permit already issued.
Once again you have shown us what you can do if you come together. We limited our advertising so that we didn't offer the same offer over and over again, and we took a little more care in our email communications to whichever group of investors we were targeting.
Until the last moment we believed that the project would be fulfilled and the spirit of Christmas came to us early 🙂 And in the form of another successfully funded campaign.
We have to admit that we have learned a lot again. Every project has become more and more important thanks to you moving forward and we're really happy for that. THE INVESTORS CLUB is growing and we are discovering interesting people among you, investors. We are getting more investment opportunities from you and we are very happy about that.
