Get in the knee! How do the rich do it?

There are people who tailor every decision they make about where to put their money to their beliefs, or habit. And it is the one that changes their lives.

This habit, which is built on certain principles, will determine whether you will be rich or not.

Yes, it can be that simple. It's not alchemy or rocket science. Often times, the wealthiest are those without college degrees and without various titles before or after their name.

Just read the list of the richest people on this planet and you will find that 20% of them didn't even finish school .

On the contrary, poor is A professor, or an "educated" person with several schools.

⁉️ Fuck, why is that?

I hope I don't offend anyone, but I was quite annoyed in college that my economics professor who taught me the rules of business drove around in a 30 year old car and a shabby old suit.

Honour the exceptions and madmen like Warren Buffet.

So why these "educated people" are they actually poor?

Because they don't follow simple investor rules and principles to help them build their own passive income .

Passive income is the answer to how to live a financially abundant life.

Sure, now you tell yourself that you don't have enough money, enough time, and you make up a bunch of other excuses for passive income.

• However, passive income is income that you don't need to spend your time on. It is income that flows into your pocket no matter where you are or what you're doing. Always!

• And often you don't need more money to do it like one Saturday bar event with friends!

It's all about mind-set. And your mind will ultimately decide what kind of life you will live.

If I take it from my point of view, from the point of view of an investor and partly from the point of view of a developer, my interest is to own as many properties as I can rent out.

And so I can take a well-deserved profit in my pocket every month. No matter where I am or what I'm doing this month.

Yes, you already need capital for this, or to use other levers, which I will write more about.

But how to start without more money?

You can start generating passive income immediately without a large investment.
