Over the last month, I have received several questions about when the next investment project will be. Absolutely great query. Thank you for that. My response will be this blog.

We strive to add investment plans continuously. Throughout the year. We close one, we post another. That's our vision.

We want to support as many great investment projects as possible. At the same time, we want offer investors maximum investment opportunities with fair returns.

We all want it. Even me personally. Even though I have more than 20 investment opportunities on my desk or in my inbox at the same time that the creators think are great, it takes time to get the word out.

My ambition is that the Invest in Slovakia platform has become a trusted and solid part of the investment portfolio for all investors who have decided to value their money.

And the only way to do that is build an investment plan on solid foundations with thorough due diligence, vetting and obtaining the maximum information to objectively assess each investment opportunity.

Another important reason for the close scrutiny is the fact that in most cases we ourselves enter into investment projects with the ambition of making good value for our own investments. This can be a guarantee that our role is not just to intermediate, but to actually capitalise.

What does a project need to get a chance?

Let's get to the facts. I will write a few basic points that we are trying to evaluate before we publish the project in the INVESTORS CLUB.

Every single point is so extensive that one could write about it for hours. It can boldly become the topics of my future blogs. Which I have now nicely boiled down and filled my calendar of Saturdays that I will spend writing - clarifying each step.

We'll go in order. The main points of due diligence of investment opportunities are:

  1. INVESTMENT PLAN
  2. LOCATION
  3. TRH
  4. ZONING PLANS AND PERMITS
  5. TIMETABLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION
  6. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
  7. SWOT ANALYSIS
  8. SECURITY
  9. KEY PEOPLE

I hope I haven't forgotten anything. It is a comprehensive set of analyses that every single investment opportunity goes through.

I think it will be nice, whether you are a developer applying for funding or an investor investing, if I share information that will fundamentally "comb" through every single investment opportunity until it appears in the INVESTORS CLUB.

We are currently on track to broker about 20 great projects a year. We analyse daily investment opportunities and we are working hard to provide a fair return investment for all INVESTORS CLUB members.

It's Saturday, 9:09 p.m. I'm tired because I've been working almost all day. But I'm going to write down a few more notes on the first item on the list above, which I'll expand on in the next blog.

I will gradually show you how we think and what happens before an investment plan becomes an investment project presented in the INVESTORS CLUB and further promoted on the social network.

In conclusion, I would like to add that at this very moment several projects are undergoing a thorough check and it is only a matter of time or days before a new investment project will see the light of day and will thus be able to receive support from the members of the INVESTORS CLUB

Fingers crossed for you on your passive income journey...
