It's 7:00 a.m. I'm reading real estate and construction articles from my hotel. I'm in Warsaw right now. Whenever I am in another city, I observe the surrounding buildings, structures, architecture and traffic solutions.
I am interested in the rate at which this is changing. How cities are using ecology. How the changing demands of people are affecting local architects and developers.
That the world is changing is a fact. Even the current construction industry is undergoing dramatic changes and those who ignore this could miss the train very quickly.
This article talks about the Hazelwood Green eco-neighborhood in Pittsburgh, USA. Renewable resources are obtained through solar panels. The heat they generate through this free source, redistributed between the different buildings as appropriate.
They get heat to heat water, apartments, but also for any part of this neighborhood using the sun. Unstoppable energy that we can convert into heat for whatever we need.
People's costs are saved, and the environment is saved at the same time. Solar panels are just one way to get a public source of energy for our needs.
From the very first moment, we at Invest in Slovakia have been in favour of investments flowing into buildings that are more environmentally friendly and use these renewable resources, if at least a little bit is possible.
Arrange investment for developers and to ensure fair returns for our investorsthat are unimaginable to ordinary people is one part of this great crowdfunding idea.
But if we can use this capital to build green buildings, perhaps whole neighbourhoods, that offer people a premium in terms of healthier living and cost savings, it will be a very strong added value our investment activities.
Already in my first reflections, when I wrote down on paper the model of real estate crowdfunding, I underlined in bold: "Slovakia, a model of green buildings for the whole EU."
We have a beautiful green landscape, nature, lakes, mountains. I have travelled all over Europe, but if I have to choose a country that should set the trend for green buildings, neighbourhoods, maybe whole cities, it should be to be our Slovakia.
And we can influence it to some extent. That's why I believe in the success of real estate crowdfunding. I believe that, together with investors, we will build passive income from investments that will positively affect our entire Slovakia and, at the same time, we will become a model for the whole world as a country.
In the beginning there is always a vision. If enough people get excited about that vision, things start to happen. If we are patient and believe in what we are doing, step by step our vision will start to turn into reality.
Dear investors, my fingers are crossed for your passive income and I wish that the investments of all of us will positively impact our country.
