Editorial Invest in Slovakia

There are plenty of ways to invest your earned money nowadays. However, not all of them are profitable or stable, and we all want to value our savings with as little risk as possible, without unnecessary losses and with maximum returns.

At the beginning, when our experience with investing is not yet extensive, we don't know what to expect, so our fears are misplaced. We prefer to invest smaller amounts "on a trial basis" to test the investment.

If we put our money in solid hands with sufficient information about the amount we are investing, we can minimize our worries.

We, as the Invest in Slovakia team, have decided to give all people the opportunity to invest, whether it is an experienced investor, a university student with a few euros in his account or a family with growing children.

Here are the reasons why you should invest with us:

  1. Investing in real estate is one of the safest investments on the market.
  2. Even small amounts can be invested, starting from €100.
  3. Investment projects are implemented in Slovakia with a known location and the possibility to consult building and construction permits in advance.
  4. Investments are used only for the investment project selected by you.
  5. All details about the project you have invested in can be found in in the INVEST CLUB member area.

What about the risks?

Of course, there are. No investment is 100% guaranteed and without any risks. Even the real estate market can go crazy one day.

What risks are you facing?

If banks negatively change the rules on lending money, it will be more difficult to refinance a property with a mortgage than before. Buying power will start to weaken and the developer may find it difficult to sell the property. They can solve this by temporarily renting it out or reducing the sale price, which will of course affect profits.

It all depends on the target group the developer is building the real estate project for. A large group of buyers today are investors who are not so sensitive to changes in credit conditions of banks. These are those who buy property for the purpose of renting it out.

By renting, they generate enough cash flow to cover necessary expenses and rely on the property value to continually increase. Which is true in most cases.

These investors mostly have enough "casho" to cover the necessary part of the cost of buying the property.

We do everything we can to give you, our INVEST CLUB members, the best the highest quality guarantees.

Despite the defined risks, investing in real estate is a good choice for a beginner as well as an experienced investor.

NBS. On the basis of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020 on European crowdfunding service providers for business and amending Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (the "Regulation on European crowdfunding service providers for business"), crowdfunding will become a legally regulated activity. From the nature of the Regulation in question, it is expected that the authority authorising and supervising the activities of crowdfunding service providers within the Slovak Republic will be the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic or the National Bank of Slovakia. As a provider of crowdfunding services, we welcome this effort of the European Parliament and we are ready to actively participate in the implementation of the Regulation in order to clarify and set uniform rules for crowdfunding within Slovakia as well as throughout the European Union.
