After a successful project Martin Kukučín Residence the developer took the opportunity to improve the surrounding neighbourhood. The plan is to build an apartment building with a multifunction, which will have 22 residential units and 27 parking spaces. Today we launched the 1st campaign, in which we are collecting 100 000 EUR.

This will create Kukucin's Court.

What makes this project interesting and who should invest in it?

The project will offer residents housing in a family atmosphere and pleasant intimate environment. The developer sees an opportunity to expand it and make life and living more pleasant for the inhabitants of both buildings. The safety and property of the residents of the apartment building will be taken care of fenced plot with controlled access.

Overall, the combination of reinforced concrete and aerated concrete will be used to build a 5-storey apartment building with a multifunction and plenty of parking space. Most of it will be located in underground garages.

Balance of areas:

  • Land: 1342,22 m2
  • Estimated built-up area of the building: 449,52 m2
  • Usable sales area including balconies and terraces: 1635,28 m2
  • Parking spaces: 27x

What will I get out of the project?

A patient investor can seize this opportunity now even higher interest than in the previous project. Pro rata payment of returns may seem to be a disadvantage. After all, who wouldn't want to earn as fast as possible? However, this decision has its advantages. It increases security by allowing the developer "better cashflow", which can more easily cover possible complications, or price increases.

A period of 36 months may also be a deterrent. Well, for the investor to wait is rewarded with an above-average percentage of interest, amounting to 11,51% per year. It will reach ROI up to 34,53% in 3 years.

Detailed information with complete analysis can be found in details of the project.
