We are succeeding in fulfilling our resolutions and I am extremely grateful for that.
Well, I have to be honest. Right now, as I write this article (Saturday, October 19), I'm not sure if we will be able to open a new investment opportunity on October 21, 2019, as I wanted to.
The reasons are two:
Every single investment opportunity we publish in the INVESTORS CLUB must pass a thorough audit.
We deal with several aspects such as: the location of the project, the possibility of securing the investment, own resources, legal due diligence, economic due diligence, mathematics, returns, statements from various contractors, building authorities, permits, to the general opinion and beliefs whether the project will not negatively affect its surroundings in any way.
Yes, all this is behind the only investment project in which INVESTORS CLUB members invest with fair returns.
Am I being cautious? Yes, I am. Obviously, my colleagues will confirm this to you. But my goal from the beginning has been to offer investors an unrivalled product.
We prepare investment opportunities with fair returns that are completely unavailable to ordinary people and, moreover, with the maximum possible degree of protection and the knowledge that by investing we are positively influencing the environment in which we live.
However, I will come back to the date of the next investment project. By the end of October we will open an investment in the INVESTORS CLUB that will definitely be worth it! I am looking forward to it.
We are continuously working on new investment projects that we want to open still in 2019 and we have a number of other interesting investment plans on the table.
At this rate, I am confident that our investors will soon build a very attractive passive income stream while helping to deliver 10's to 100's of projects that will have a significant positive impact on the neighborhood.
