She comes from Komárno and studied psychology at Comenius University in Bratislava. She also worked in the USA, where she started coaching, which she has been doing ever since. She holds certificates. She helps athletes, professionals to crush blocks, get motivated and avoid burnout.

What is her professional story?

It started with studying psychology in Bratislava. She went on a work and travel exchange, where she got a green card. She went to the US, made friends. A personal relationship with a basketball player friend led her to the idea of mental coaching. She started working "from home". Apart from coaching, she also does management in a travel agency.

How does it get clients?

Most often through references. She also uses the social network Instagram and educates herself in marketing to get new clients. Her primary focus is on mental coaching for athletes. She is sought out by people who are dealing with procrastination, lack of courage or self-confidence.

What is the goal of coaching?

The aim is to find out what the client wants and needs by asking questions about the problem and the goal. Whether they are following their goals or someone else's goals. Waiting for the AHA moments when the right change happens.

What do athletes go through?

Fighting your way up the ranks, as someone else is waiting to take your place. Constantly performing means being under pressure. The season lasts 9-10 months though and then comes the self-training. The next hurdle is the agents who have to find them an engagement. If they don't find one, the athletes are left penniless. Social media is constantly "heckling" performances, etc.

What has she learned from her clients?

We are all in the same boat. We think of others as better. But we all go through some obstacles that grind us down. Even people who look amazing to us have their dark places and are vulnerable.

What does she think is the "vitamin C" of mental health?

Find some time for yourself and start being present. Have lunch at lunch, don't look at emails. Don't go to the gym for 2 hours if we don't have time, but take a few minutes to stretch or meditate. These are the simplest things, like moving or breathing, that come naturally to us.

What is her source of good information?

Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman. If a person begins to work on their emotional intelligence, the world around them will begin to change.

NBS. On the basis of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020 on European crowdfunding service providers for business and amending Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (the "Regulation on European crowdfunding service providers for business"), crowdfunding will become a legally regulated activity. From the nature of the Regulation in question, it is expected that the authority authorising and supervising the activities of crowdfunding service providers within the Slovak Republic will be the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic or the National Bank of Slovakia.
