We published the anticipated Jiří Wolker Residence project a few days ago and it is doing very well. Our ambition is to fulfill the necessary investment of EUR 300 000 and help this project to realise this great investment plan.

Jiří Wolker's residence has undergone a complete investment due diligence and it was excellent.

In these moments we add a SWOT analysis on the current situation with the coronavirus at the Jiří Wolker Residence. Read these short about 7 pages.

After reading it, it will be very easy for you to understand the context of the residential real estate market️. How and why the market reacted with the bubble burst in 2009. And what shape it is in today.

As a result of the coronavirus and quarantine measures, the situation is now generally more difficult. The media are bombarding the whole world with breaking news of deaths, and fear and panic reign the world.

In these moments it is extremely important deploy information filter and only read messages from wise people. It's not just important, it's essential! And use common sense, of course.

What is an investor doing today?

Try looking up the words of successful people, or investors, as they view the current state of affairs. Do you think he's panicking? Hasty selling? Do they complain about the beginning of bad times?

Certainly not. They are thinking hard about how to take advantage of this situation and multiply their wealth even more than would be possible in peacetime.

I know people who are thrilled if they can to set up companies in times of any crisis.

Think .

If everything goes as it should, the economy grows. Supplier-customer relations are working to perfection. Everywhere is dense. Nobody wants change.

You will find it hard to find margin and penetration amongst the established market.

Well, if a hot air balloon unexpectedly flies into a storm, the unprepared few will be thrown overboard. Those who stay and adapt, can shoot forward at multiple speeds. That's just the way it is.

Any crisis or storm = opportunity

Remember this! Replace the word crisis with opportunity. At that point, you will begin to look at your surroundings differently.

The real estate business is fundamentally built on turbulence. It's very hard to find profit in it if everything is going the way it should.

Credit problems, unemployment, panic, fear. On the other hand - higher wages, low interest on loans, exaggerated optimism.

These are all factors through which you can make a fantastic real estate deal.

The important thing is how skillfully you can move in time and perceive the opportunities around you. And if you want to do good business, you absolutely need common sense.

From a business point of view, I see this coronavirus-affected period as an opportunity to make new and perhaps lifetime real estate deals. The next 12 to 18 months will be very important.

Follow us and participate in the investment opportunity with us. I think we are going to have some interesting projects to work on all earn well.

Jiří Wolker Residence - let's do it!

Residence of Jiří Wolker has been designed from the outset to minimise costs and maximise benefits for future owners.

In pricing, it did not replicate future year-on-year price increases for properties and did not translate these optimistic forecasts into sales.

On the contrary.

This investment project is based on current market prices and assumes 0% year-on-year growth. The developer's caution is paying off.

Jiří Wolker Residence is small development project with 11x apartments  ️ in one of the most strategic places in Poprad. The flats are small, mostly 2 rooms without superior apartments.

The designers of the Jiří Wolker Residence solved the layout of the flats exclusively according to existing demand and what the market wants in the long term

There are a number of factors that strengthen this project, even in a time of moment such as the coronavirus.

Take a look at the detailed analysis of this project and the current update of the SWOT analysiswhich compares the periods from 2005 to the present.

I hope that we will be able to fulfil this investment project in the current campaign and that many of you will will use the panic to make a really good investment.

Read the facts and real numbers and support the construction of this project with a fair return for all. We still have a few more days before the campaign ends.

If we are able to fund this project through our platform, we will prepare its continuation. With precise analyses and great returns. But let's not get ahead of ourselves 🙂

A word in conclusion.

Be smart. Every single unpredictable situation carries with it great opportunities.

If I asked some people six months ago why they are not investing in real estate, they told me that it is not the right time, because the prices for materials are up, the prices for labour are the highest in history and they are waiting for the crisis and the subsequent opportunity.

If I ask them today, they tell me there is a crisis and they are waiting 🙂

Now is not the time to wait. It is time to act.

We have a period of great opportunity ahead of us. So keep your eyes open!

A good investor waits for panic and fear to set in so he can focus intensely on exceptional deals.

I am attaching a link to an ongoing project in the INVESTORS CLUBwhere every single investor with an active investor account can share in this investment with a fair return.

Fingers crossed for you on your passive income journey.
