At the beginning of August we finished the campaign "Viladomy Kukučka" in the wider centre of Zvolen and on 10.8. our investors were waiting in INVEST CLUB new investment opportunity.
It was a continuation of the "Jiří Wolker Residence" project in Poprad near the bus and railway station. In the first stage, we used the collected amount to purchase a plot of land with an adjacent property. This time the campaign was carried out for the construction, design and engineering works.
After a thorough preparation of the economic analysis, SWOT analysis and all indicators with annexes, we provided our investors with the opportunity to participate in Phase II of the project with an interest 12,51% p.a. (per annum) for a period of 18 months with quarterly payment of returns.
On Tuesday we launched BONUS +1%. You did not hesitate. It has proven that those who have prepared funds in advance in available resources, they can react much faster. They just decide how much to support the project and immediately book the investment with a BONUS.
After less than the first day we had 16%. Wednesday brought a lot of new deposits, which turned into investments. Wednesday was the final day to use the BONUS and the amount of 82 000 EUR was filled by the evening.
