Editorial Invest in Slovakia
Summer and holidays bring a drop in productivity for most companies. However, our platform grew during this time as well. We offered Invest Club members an even richer campaign offer. Investment volume with Invest in Slovakia exceeded the threshold in August 2022 EUR 7 million.

In the months May-August, the following were closed 1 333 investments in 18 investment campaigns. The highest number (423) was in August. The average investment amount for this quarter reached EUR 1 183,19. Investors continue to be dominated by men (79.1 %), but more women are being added each month (20.9 %).
The age distribution of our investors ranges from 18 to 81 years. The most active are investors from 40+. They invest regularly, in higher amounts and diversify their property portfolio. Up 95,1 % new users use Veriff to verify their identity (i.e. they prefer automatic verification to manual).
By permanent residence continue to dominate Bratislava residents, followed by Košice, Prešov and Poprad.
In the past four months, the platform has paid out the principal of two campaigns.

With the new CMO Tomáš Barčík we are working intensively on popularizing of our blog. You will find a number of new articles that inform you on the topics of housing, real estate market and more. For better clarity we have sorted them into new categories.
Despite the usually slower flight the number of Invest Club members has exceeded 6 000! As of 31.8. 2022 we record 6 242 Invest Club members.
We are preparing a new version of our application. We plan to launch it at the end of this year, with the MARKETPLACEwhich allows investors to sell their investment stakes in a project to other investors and the other party to buy them.
The second advantage of the new system will be the possibility of automatic investment in approximately 2Q/2023 - AUTOINVESTwhich allows the app to invest in projects for you, based on predefined conditions such as the amount of investment, minimum or maximum project return and more.
We continue our cooperation with NBS on obtaining a licence and their official oversight of our activities. We estimate the licensing date for our crowdfunding platform to be February 2023.
The granting of authorizations to carry out the activities of a provider shall be carried out by the regulatory and supervisory authority, which shall be National Bank of Slovakia in cooperation with the European Supervisory Authority. We will keep you informed of further developments.

Jiří Wolker Residence, Poprad - 3.1. 2022 The Project Owner has obtained a final zoning permit. Currently preparing documents for building permit. Building permit is expected 1Q/2023.
Green project Prešov, Na Rúrkach - The project owner has started construction work. Co-occupation scheduled for 2Q-3Q/2023.
ECO-HYDRO, Spišská Teplica - The project owner started construction work at the end of March. Completion scheduled for 4Q/2022 - 1Q/2023.
Sokolka, Zvolen - in March, construction work began. The project is in presale. The first apartment was sold in April 2022.
Three Hills Home***, Veľká Lomnica - in the change phase of the study. In the process of approving a building permit. Building permit expected 4Q/2022.
Small Villas Project - at the planning and building permit stage. Building permit is expected 4Q/2022 - 1Q/2023.
M. Kukučína Residence, Zvolen - The project owner is proceeding with the renovation work. Co-occupancy scheduled for 4Q/2022.
BD Ružová, Prešov - The project owner is proceeding with the renovation work. The presale Project. Co-occupancy planned for 4Q/2022.
Schvabi Residenz, Prešov - The project owner anticipates completion of the design documents by 2Q/2022. Subsequently, an application will be submitted for a zoning permit. The developer anticipates a building permit in 4Q/2022 - 1Q/2023.
Viladomy Hviezdoslav, Stupava - The project owner financed the purchase of the project and is currently preparing the design documents for the building permit. A building permit is expected in 4Q/2022.
Kukucin's yard, Zvolen - The project owner has purchased a dilapidated property that he plans to demolish and has signed a Future Purchase Agreement for the adjacent property with the Railroad. It is scheduled to be purchased in 3Q/2022.
Villas Krškany - The project owner purchased the property. In the phase of preparation of project documentation. Co-occupancy planned for 3Q/2023.
Building land - in the phase of project preparation for the building permit for the construction of utility networks. The building permit is expected in 1Q/2023.
