Our dear investors,
always on Saturdays over a good cup of coffee I have a habit of evaluating the previous week and I would like to share with you some interesting statistics, but also what we have managed to do and what is still ahead of us.
The most important information is that on Monday we successfully closed the investment in the Smallville project***! This is great news not only for us, but also for all the INVESTORS CLUB members who have been involved in the investment.
Here are the short statistics:
Decent numbers, what do you say? For me, the result is fantastic! Especially because crowdfunding is very successful in the world, but in Slovakia it is still in its infancy.
This success is a consequence ofthat even Slovaks are starting to think about ways to value their money and build their own passive income.
Leaving money lying around in an account or in a drawer somewhere is a really big loss. Invested wisely, money brings in new money, and if you jump on that train, you'll never want to jump off.
I have received many questions about the following investments and, of course, I am very pleased about that.
Every single investment project has to go through legal and economic due diligence, and every investment project also involves a lot of information that we need to obtain and process.
This procedure takes time and if everything goes according to plan, we will 21.10. 2019 we're going to announce a new real estate project that's going to be a huge bombshell for investors! We will use the next 15 days to prepare the new project and at the same time we will remove the small flaws that arose during the previous campaign.
Every single day, we'll be improving the technical and user processes, making it easier for investors to move around in their own investor account and providing more relevant data for them to have a perfect overview of how their invested money is behaving.
We have recruited an experienced professional to join our team in one of the key positions in our company, who will assist us with legal and economic due diligence for investment projects seeking financing.
Our team is also enriched by an expert in modern, environmentally friendly technologies and renewable resources. From the beginning, my ambition has been to influence investment companies and developers to use low-energy technologies and renewable energy sources as much as possible for construction.
It is thanks to our INVESTORS CLUB members that we have the opportunity to carry out ecological projects. If together we help every single building to be greener and healthier for people, we will be extremely satisfied.
We want to strengthen the service and support for all visitors to our crowdfunding platform. Both for potential investors as well as for investors who are directly involved or involved in the investment.
This task is my most important goal for the next few days. I see communication, prompt assistance and excellent service for any of your needs as an important part of our company culture.
Many existing companies undervalue service for their clients. They invest in expensive advertising campaigns, modern technology and that last link in the whole chain, the person on the other end of the line who is supposed to help you is often neglected.
