We managed to successfully complete another project - Residence of Jiří Wolker.

Great news for us, for investors, but also for the developer.

We are giving more and more assurances to developers that we can co-finance investment projects, even in the substandard times caused by the coronavirus. 

And once again, investors have shown why they are investors. It is the non-standard and unexpected market situations that give great opportunities to invest with interesting returns.

A couple of days ago I read an article about investor star Warren Buffett, who has mysteriously withdrawn and gone silent these days.

It is considerably harder and more challenging to look for returns in a period when the economy is easily predictable and treading on 100%. But it is the sudden changes, the chaos, the panic, the fear that are clear signals to an investor when to start focusing and investing intensely.

But let's turn to the statistics achieved by the Jiří Wolker Residence project.

Numbers.

1⃣ Total investment EUR 278 161.
2⃣ The maximum target amount was EUR 300 000.
3⃣ Minimum investment 100 EUR.
4⃣ Maximum investment EUR 27 000.
5⃣ The project involved 171 investors.
6⃣ The fixed return from this project is 14,07 % p.a.
7⃣ The investment period is 24 months.

Great numbers!

We do our best to ensure the best possible investment in each investment project.

With the Jiří Wolker Residence project, we have gone a few steps further again. We are trying to find the best possible combination of security that the legislation ⚖️ will allow us.

We clearly understand that the better the investment protection and control over the investment intent, the more investors we can attract, the more investment projects we can finance and ultimately the more revenue we can distribute.

Steps to protect investments.

The developer of Rezidencia Jiřího Wolker was given several specific conditions before the loan was taken out, ✍️ which give us all relatively strong control over the development project.

1️⃣ The drawdown of the loan is conditional on the presentation of the original extract from the title deedwhich says that the developer is 100% owner of the property where the project will be implemented. 

2️⃣ Investment Slovakia will apply pledge on 100% share in the company. In the duration until the repayment of the granted loan together with the proceeds. 

3️⃣ For the entire amount invested, which we mediate, is established collection in a bank accountwhich releases funds to the developer only after conditions have been met. 

Every single investor will be able to in your investor account insight into the details of the project and follow the progress of this investment project. 

The proceeds will be sent to the investor's available funds according to a repayment schedule, from where the investor can reinvest the money in other projects or send it to his bank account.

NBS. On the basis of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020 on European crowdfunding service providers for business and amending Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (the "Regulation on European crowdfunding service providers for business"), crowdfunding will become a legally regulated activity. From the nature of the Regulation in question, it is expected that the authority authorising and supervising the activities of crowdfunding service providers within the Slovak Republic will be the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic or the National Bank of Slovakia. As a provider of crowdfunding services, we welcome this effort of the European Parliament and we are ready to actively participate in the implementation of the Regulation in order to clarify and set uniform rules for crowdfunding within Slovakia as well as throughout the European Union.
