In the second month of 2022, INVEST CLUB accelerated its growth. Up to 133 new members were added! Our investors invested more than a quarter of a million euros (EUR 263 132 in total). These investments will benefit them in the future a projected yield of over 11.5% per year!

We have successfully funded 2 campaigns:

1Q/2022 - Monthly payouts with capital growth

The main investor will use the collected funds to finance the construction or purchase properties with an undervalued, i.e. favourable price. By continuing to operate or lease the property, investors can gain regular monthly returns and capital return from continuous price increases in the market.

Another interesting feature of the project is the possibility to shorten the investment period to only 9 months.

  • Total investment EUR 80 509,22.
  • Minimum investment 100 EUR.
  • 114 investors joined the campaign.
  • The fixed return from the project was 7.58 % p.a. (per annum) + 10.5% capital growth
  • The payment of proceeds is monthly.
  • The investment period is 9 - 36 months.

Viladomy Hviezdoslav, Stupava (I)

The intention of the main investor in this project is clear. To buy two family houses standing on a plot of 839 m2 in a built-up, lucrative part of western Slovakia - Stupava. To divide them into 4 separate residential units with polyfunction, private parking and garden.

The project will continue with further investment campaigns, as the total amount that the main investor Booked by is together EUR 600 000.

  • Total investment EUR 182 623,24.
  • Minimum investment 100 EUR.
  • 181 investors joined the campaign.
  • The fixed return from the project was 12.08 % p.a. (per annum).
  • The payment of returns is quarterly (pro-rata).
  • The investment period is 18 months.

A few words in conclusion

One needs to have something to be happy about. All the more so in a difficult situation. Warren Buffett says: "The last thing you want is to hold money during a war." That's why our efforts are unceasing. We keep bringing new investment opportunities because, as the saying goes: "Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago." - Warren Edward Buffett 😉

NBS. On the basis of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020 on European crowdfunding service providers for business and amending Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (the "Regulation on European crowdfunding service providers for business"), crowdfunding will become a legally regulated activity. From the nature of the Regulation in question, it is expected that the authority authorising and supervising the activities of crowdfunding service providers within the Slovak Republic will be the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic or the National Bank of Slovakia. As a provider of crowdfunding services, we welcome this effort of the European Parliament and we are ready to actively participate in the implementation of the Regulation in order to clarify and set uniform rules for crowdfunding within Slovakia as well as throughout the European Union.
