The COVID-19 pandemic has changed everyone's life.\nIt has also had an extraordinary impact on sentiment in the real estate market and in investing as\nas a whole. That is why we have decided to create a mini-series of articles on rational\narguments why it pays to invest in real estate. Advantage 5: People will always be\nneed housing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We see it again and\nagain. Even the current COVID-19 pandemic has proven to investors that real estate, and\nespecially properties intended for housing,\nare a safe asset<\/strong>which fails to record major fluctuations in its\nin value than, for example, equities or other types of investments that\nchanged their value by tens of percent in a matter of days.
