Investing in real estate is undoubtedly the\none of the most popular ways of investing and building passive income.\nIn a series of articles entitled \"10 reasons,\nreasons to invest in real estate\"<\/strong> we have prepared for you the main reasons\nand motivators why this is so.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We started the series the first article<\/a>in which we\nmentioned the possibility of building passive\nincome, diversification of investment portfolio as well as tax benefits<\/strong>which\narising from investing in real estate in Slovakia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V the second article<\/a> of the series we looked again at availability of real estate investment<\/strong>, which in recent years has been opened to the general public. Further on security of real estate investments and various investment opportunities<\/strong>that are available to the real estate investor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well in today's\nthird and final article, we'll introduce you to Remaining\n4 reasons to invest in real estate<\/strong>to wrap up the series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advantage\nNo.7: Property prices are rising<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Despite the fact that once every few years there comes a period, usually lasting a year or two, when the price of real estate drops in the short term, according to official data of the National Bank of Slovakia <\/strong>the real estate intended for housing in Slovakia appreciated from 2002 to 2015 at an average rate of 5,77% per year. <\/strong>Which means that in addition to the positive cash flow when the tenant pays your mortgage and all the expenses associated with the use of the apartment, in the end you will also earn on the increase in the future purchase price itself.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advantage\nNo.9: Real estate is a tangible asset<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In contrast to\ninvesting in securities, real estate\nare tangible assets, <\/strong>that you can see and catch. For many investors,\nespecially beginners, is difficult to build\nconfidence in investing in intangibles<\/strong>, into the abstract\nproperty rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While at\ninvestments of an intangible nature, in extreme cases it may happen that\nthe value of the investment is suddenly reduced to zero, for example when the company goes bankrupt,\nwhose shares you own, At\nfor real estate this is not a threat<\/strong>. Of course yes, a tsunami can come, or\na tornado that completely devastates the house, but in our conditions we can\nthe most we can worry about is a fire, which is very easy to treat with smoke detectors\nconnected to a fire station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It brings a kind of reassurance that you will provide for them even after you are no longer here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, if you are trying to help children now<\/strong>, we recommend that instead of buying a physical property invest in a real estate crowdfunding project<\/strong>that can provide you with passive income in a short time, which you can use immediately as a family or reinvest further. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
