Jeden rodinn\u00fd dom disponuje obytnou plochou 112,57 m2 s&nbsp;prisl\u00fachaj\u00facim pozemkom o&nbsp;ve\u013ekosti 340 m2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery aligncenter has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"14010\" src=\"https:\/\/investinslovakia.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/ST3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14010\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"14011\" src=\"https:\/\/investinslovakia.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/ST4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14011\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/investinslovakia.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/ST1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14012\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The main \"drivers\" of the project were the following aspects of the houses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><em>the price for a family house is equal to city apartments<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>roofed ground floor standing<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>landscaped and level land<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>renewable energy sources<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>almost zero energy consumption<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Water recycling that saves almost 85% of water consumed<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>only 3km from the town of Poprad and 12km from the centre of the High Tatras - the village of Star\u00fd Smokovec&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The main investor allowed the members of the INVESTORS CLUB to participate in this investment&nbsp;<strong>fixed income 12,77 % p.a.<\/strong>&nbsp;(annually). The proceeds for this investment project will be paid quarterly. The investment period was assumed to be for 18 months.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once again, you, our investors, have come together and&nbsp;<strong>another record falls<\/strong>&nbsp;in the time it took you to fill the EUR 160 000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Up to 95% of you have used<strong>&nbsp;PRE-BOOKING BONUS +2%<\/strong>&nbsp;and you invested in the first three days of the campaign.
