After almost 3\/4 of a year of developing our own requirements on how the system should probably work for the investor, we managed to publish it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For three weeks we spent days and nights on constant testing, applying changes, building a new version of the app until we were sure that the system was ready for the \"load\" in the form of a new investment opportunity and an influx of new investors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main idea of the project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekobyvanie.sk\/stavby-s-buducnostou\/838-od-malej-vilky-az-k-rozlahlemu-domu-s-bazenom\">\"LITTLE VILLA\"<\/a> Is <strong>to replace prefabricated housing and housing in large, multi-generational houses. <\/strong>The basic living unit has an area from 65 m\u00b2, so it is a cozy living space with the dimensions of a standard apartment. On its own plot, with its own parking space, with its own garden and terrace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The intention of the project is fast, modern and cheap housing for individuals, young couples or partners who have decided to change and move out of prefabricated housing. The uniqueness of the housing lies in the fact that <strong>can grow according to the needs of each family.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/investinslovakia.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/SMALL-VILLA-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14668\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Our investors received initial information about the new project \"MAL\u00c9 VILY\" on Thursday so that they could react and prepare quickly. We launched the campaign with a PRE-ORDER BONUS +2% on Monday, March 22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accounts are within a few hours <strong>credited with almost EUR 60 thousand<\/strong>. We didn't understand. We knew that this project was poised for early funding. We were not wrong!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have all come together again for another investment opportunity in real estate projects and <strong>you have successfully financed the set amount<\/strong>.
