{"id":252005,"date":"2021-10-19T09:25:42","date_gmt":"2021-10-19T07:25:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investinslovakia.eu\/?p=252005"},"modified":"2021-12-07T21:10:37","modified_gmt":"2021-12-07T19:10:37","slug":"pilotna-kampan-mesacne-vyplaty-s-kapitalovym-rastom-zafinancovana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.investinslovakia.eu\/en\/pilotna-kampan-mesacne-vyplaty-s-kapitalovym-rastom-zafinancovana\/","title":{"rendered":"Pilot campaign \"Monthly payouts with capital growth\" funded"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After the successful \"Real Estate Project\" campaigns, we embarked on a new challenge - a series of \"Capital Growth\" campaigns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have developed analyses and the idea of a new business model and we have published a new opportunity in INVEST CLUB - RENT (rent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a business model where the Main Investor finances the construction or purchase of properties with a favourable or undervalued price in order to continue to operate\/lease the properties (mainly flats, apartment houses, holiday properties, industrial buildings, office premises), which will enable the Main Investor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>generate regular monthly income from the rental or operation of real estate and at the same time<\/li><li>to achieve a return on capital from property price growth based on the development of property supply prices and analysis of market factors.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What's in it for the investor?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The investor in this type of project benefits twice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Regular<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>monthly returns<\/strong>\u00a0(hereafter referred to as \"monthly distributions\") from the rental or operation of real property and, at the same time<\/li><li><strong>Extra yield at the end of the investment period\u00a0<\/strong>(\"capital gain\") caused by the increase in the value of the property over time, or by renovation or redevelopment.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The current investment crowdfunding campaign was primarily used to fund the purchase of these properties and their operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INVEST CLUB members had the opportunity to participate in this investment, sharing <strong>a regular monthly payment of 7,58% p.a<\/strong>. and at the same time at the end of the investment period (i.e. for this investment campaign <strong>after 36 months<\/strong>) get <strong>capital return<\/strong>\u00a0in the amount of <strong>10,5%<\/strong> from the deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can it be selected earlier?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeah. This model allows investors to pay out the principal earlier. This can happen under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Already\u00a0<\/em>after\u00a0<em>9 months, the investor may request payment of the principal and a pro rata portion of the monthly payment (interest income\u00a0<u>without capital gain<\/u>), provided that Invest in Slovakia finds an interested party for the assignment of such investment or the Main Investor agrees to early payment of the principal from its own resources.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em> The required time for early repayment of principal is up to 3 months from the time of request. I.e.
