We published a total of 6 campaigns for Invest Club members (two for the Ru\u017eov\u00e1 Residential House project, one for capital growth with monthly returns, two for Schvabi Residenz and one for Viladomy Kuku\u010dka).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project Apartment house Ru\u017eov\u00e1 on Sabinovsk\u00e1 street in Pre\u0161ov was a reconstruction of the original family house into residential units. The main investor offered INVEST CLUB members the opportunity to participate in this project with a return <strong>12,10 %<\/strong> <strong>p.a. (per annum) <\/strong>for a period of <strong>12 months<\/strong> with quarterly revenues for both campaigns totaling EUR 340,000. The set amount was EUR 100 000. The original name was changed to \"Residencia Martina Kuku\u010d\u00edna\", as the main investor managed to architecturally divide the layout into 5x residential units (instead of 4x apartments in semi-detached houses). We have collected the amount of 100 000 EUR for 12 months at an annual interest of 10,8%.
