We have disclosed to Invest Club members <strong>11 campaigns<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This quarter has been rich not only in investment opportunities, but also in media coverage of our platform. We took advantage of several opportunities to showcase ourselves, our work and where we want to go and continue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We wrote about the renovation of the buildings in <a href=\"https:\/\/hnonline.sk\/hn-special\/15888316-drobni-investori-maju-teraz-moznost-zarobit-na-obnove-slovenskych-nehnutelnosti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hospod\u00e1rske noviny<\/a>, in the online magazine Refresher you could see us in the section <a href=\"https:\/\/disrupter.refresher.sk\/107154-Tato-platforma-ti-umozni-investovat-do-realit-na-Slovensku-pricom-ziskas-minimalne-dvakrat-tolko-ako-v-banke\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Disrupter<\/a> and on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.startitup.sk\/investovat-sa-uz-da-aj-do-slovenska-teraz-mas-jedinecnu-sancu-kapitalizovat-na-realitnom-developerskom-boome\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">startitup.sk<\/a> we presented a unique chance to capitalize on the real estate development boom. In the men's magazine <a href=\"https:\/\/for-men.sk\/clanky\/nasmerujte-svoje-peniaze-tam-kde-budu-tvrdo-pracovat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Formen<\/a> we introduced an interesting collaboration with MMA fighter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/vlastocepo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vlastom \u010cep<\/a>to put into the world, also through him as an athlete, the idea that we need to think about the reserve from a young age, in small amounts and regularly.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These steps and media campaigns have also helped to broaden the investor base - as of 31 December, we have 4,802 investors in Invest Club. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"uspesne-financovane-projekty\">Successfully funded projects <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the past four months we have published 11 campaigns from 5 projects (BD Ru\u017eov\u00e1 I. and II., Viladomy Kuku\u010dka III., Schvabi Residenz I. and II. (a total of 4 campaigns, including additional ones), Building Plots V. Tatry and Monthly payouts with capital growth I., II. and III.). As of 20 December, the last instalment of the proceeds, the BONUS from the project and the principal amount of EUR 171,600 was paid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project continues with the construction of the access road and the preparation of the land for building plots with utilities. Project managers are working every day to bring the project to a successful conclusion. We will keep you informed of further developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"statistiky-platformy-invest-in-slovakia\">Statistics of the Invest in Slovakia platform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our numbers are growing every day. We are very happy about this and look forward to each new member and new investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of the total number of registered investors (4 802), 1 442 verified accounts are active in Invest Club (the rest are in registered or unverified status).
