The last issue of FORMEN magazine presented our brand, beginnings, visions and projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The article is dedicated to our beginnings and the answers to these questions as well:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>What motivated us to start the company?<\/li><li>How was the model of society formed?<\/li><li>What were the hurdles we had to jump together on the way to our vision?<\/li><li>What is the main idea of investinslovakia.eu?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For a \"taste\" we present an excerpt from the interview.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How did you come up with the idea to start a real estate crowdfunding that financially supports innovative real estate projects?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the beginning of 2019, my reasoning was simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>I will find a good opportunity to build a timeless real estate project that will be investment interesting.<\/li><li>I'll present it to investors who will help me with capital, and hopefully I'll get someone interested.<\/li><li>With a team of specialists, we will build a modern, innovative real estate project and share the profits fairly.<\/li><li>This <strong>The idea fell apart very quickly and I sobered up immediately.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can you tell us about a specific project that was invested through investinslovakia.eu? What are its benefits and when will we see the result?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Very happy. For example, we have some initiatives in the very promising city of Zvolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>One of them is a dilapidated building on Martina Kuku\u010d\u00edna Street.
