The project owner invests in the construction of an apartment building in close proximity to the project Martin Kuku\u010d\u00edn Residence<\/a> in Zvolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INVEST CLUB members have the opportunity to participate in this investment project in the amount of EUR 120 000 in the form of loans and thus obtain\u00a0a fixed return on this project<\/strong>\u00a0in the amount of\u00a011,51 % p.a. (per year)<\/strong>\u00a0of the amount invested. The investment period for this project is\u00a036 months.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes KUKU\u010c\u00cdN'S COURT interesting?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The main idea of the KUKU\u010c\u00cdNOV DVOR development project is revitalise the area<\/strong>, incorporate new and modern elements to give a new look to the whole street. The developer first gave a chance for a dilapidated building<\/strong> on Kuku\u010d\u00ednova Street, which is currently being reconstructed into 5 residential units. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the purchase and subsequent reconstruction of the first building, the developer addressed the fact that the future owners of the M. Kuku\u010d\u00edna Residence would see an old dilapidated and abandoned building across the street. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He therefore decided to design the site to develop the previously passable and open area of the two properties into a closed area<\/strong> M. Kuku\u010d\u00edna apartment building with a camera system and parking in the courtyard and thus created KUKU\u010c\u00cdN'S COURT<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
