However, our platform grew during this time as well. We offered Invest Club members an even richer <a href=\"https:\/\/app.investinslovakia.eu\/projects\">campaign offer<\/a>. Investment volume with Invest in Slovakia exceeded the threshold in August 2022 <strong>EUR 7 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/flo.uri.sh\/visualisation\/11110187\/embed\" title=\"Interactive or visual content\" class=\"flourish-embed-iframe\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px;\" sandbox=\"allow-same-origin allow-forms allow-scripts allow-downloads allow-popups allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox allow-top-navigation-by-user-activation\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Source: investinslovakia.eu, 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the months May-August, the following were closed <strong>1 333 investments<\/strong> in 18 investment campaigns. The highest number (423) was in August. The average investment amount for this quarter reached<strong> EUR 1 183,19.<\/strong> Investors continue to be dominated by <strong>men<\/strong> (79.1 %), but more women are being added each month (20.9 %). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The age distribution of our investors ranges from <strong>18 to 81 years<\/strong>. The most active are investors from <strong>40+.<\/strong> They invest regularly, in higher amounts and diversify their property portfolio. Up <strong>95,1 %<\/strong> new users use Veriff to verify their identity (i.e. they prefer automatic verification to manual).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By permanent residence continue to dominate <strong>Bratislava residents<\/strong>, followed by Ko\u0161ice, Pre\u0161ov and Poprad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Repayment of the principal of projects <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the past four months, the platform has paid out the principal of two campaigns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>As of 1.6.2022 the principal, last proceeds and BONUS from the project have been paid <strong>Park Lesn\u00e1 I.<\/strong> Developer EUROPEAN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES, a.s. paid the principal amount of <strong>EUR 171 600<\/strong> and BONUSES in the amount of <strong>EUR 5 094. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>As of 1.7.2022 the principal and BONUS from the project have been paid <strong>Reconstruction of the apartment house I. <\/strong>from 2020 in the amount of <strong>EUR 231 412<\/strong> and BONUSES in the amount of <strong>EUR 4 595,48.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Both projects continue. The developer in the Park Lesn\u00e1 I. project is buying additional building plots with a vision of preparing utility networks. We plan to launch it at the end of this year, with the <strong>MARKETPLACE<\/strong>which allows investors to sell their investment stakes in a project to other investors and the other party to buy them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The second advantage of the new system will be the possibility of automatic investment in approximately 2Q\/2023 - <strong>AUTOINVEST<\/strong>which allows the app to invest in projects for you, based on predefined conditions such as the amount of investment, minimum or maximum project return and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We continue our cooperation with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NBS on obtaining a licence<\/span> and their official oversight of our activities. We estimate the licensing date for our crowdfunding platform to be February 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The granting of authorizations to carry out the activities of a provider shall be carried out by the regulatory and supervisory authority, which shall be&nbsp;<strong>National Bank of Slovakia<\/strong>&nbsp;in cooperation with the European Supervisory Authority. Kuku\u010d\u00edna Residence, Kuku\u010d\u00edn's Court, Ru\u017eov\u00e1 Apartment House<\/em>, Viladomy Hviezdoslav, Eco Hydro Villa, <em>J. Wolker Residence<\/em><\/em> <em>a Building land<\/em>).
