I will write a few words and figures that might be of interest to you. I may break off while I am writing and write something outside. We'll see. The title of the article doesn't exist yet at this point, which opens my mind. But let's get on with it already.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em><strong>The Park Lesn\u00e1*** project has been rocketing from the first days. The investors have already financed 64 % within 3 days! <\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Later, it slowed down, but at a calm but sure pre-Christmas pace, the target amount was not only met, but exceeded the minimum target that the Park Lesn\u00e1*** investment project needed for its Phase I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Numbers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em>The campaign was launched from 27.11. to 18.12. 2019.<\/em><\/li><li><em>The minimum target amount was EUR 160 000.&nbsp;<\/em><\/li><li><em>Total investment <strong>EUR 171 450.<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em>Minimum investment 100 EUR.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Maximum investment EUR 30 000.<\/em><\/li><li><em>The project involved <strong>64 investors.<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em>The fixed return from this project is <strong>16.17 % p.a.<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em>The investment period is <\/em><strong><em>24 months<\/em>.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Amazing result.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We managed this project thanks to the reinforcements in our team. All you have to do is <a href=\"https:\/\/app.investinslovakia.eu\/register\">Register<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the very beginning, I wanted to provide something more than just an investment project for our members in the INVESTORS CLUB to earn a fair return on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financial literacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I also wanted to educate because the topic of financial literacy and education is very close to my heart. I don't just focus my own energy and the energy of our team on getting investment projects and investor numbers as high as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We write articles about how those who are getting richer by the day think. We feature stories, record podcasts with the thoughts of the world's most influential people, and report on interesting things through social media. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As I think about it now, 50 % of our efforts are devoted to these activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If our company was controlled by a group of investors, they'd probably kick my ass. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They would tell me to direct the costs associated with these activities to business, to get more investors and more investment projects that ultimately bring money into our coffers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maybe what we are doing is not so strategically advantageous in terms of performance and cost, but I feel really good about these activities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you know what motivates me? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I like to do good business and make money. Or if I make a good investment. This motivates probably most of us to work. But I'm even happier if I can change things for the better with a good deal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And we all now have the power to do it together. We can take part in projects that are interesting in terms of yield. We can collectively support investment projects that will have a positive impact on our neighbourhoods. We can use this portal to uncover what the rich have known for a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sharing economy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sharing economy<\/strong> is an absolute phenomenon that breaks all the laws of (so far) closed business in this world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since time immemorial, the hotelier has made his own business of renting out his hotel rooms within the closed circle of his walls. Today, you can rent your child's room through an app&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/airbnb.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">airbnb.com<\/a>&nbsp;and find plenty of guests who will pay you for it without you having to build a hotel. This news will not please the thousands of hoteliers on this earth of ours.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taxi drivers are rebelling because he messed up their business&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/uber.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">uber.com<\/a>. There was a group of licensed taxi drivers who operated on their own sand and set the rules of their business as they agreed. Suddenly you could call a car 70 % faster and 70 % cheaper through a new app. You could be driven by anyone to any location and in more comfort than it was before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>The Internet allows us to share services and bypass entrenched companies that have created their own game over 10 to 100-odd years. <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Real estate crowdfunding?<\/strong> Same thing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If we all decide now that we will support the building of 10 000 rental flats, low-energy with environmentally friendly technologies, which will save us 70 % in costs, in a place where grass grows instead of concrete, then we will just do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together we will create great housing for 10s of thousands of people. For many years, we will share the proceeds from rentals and later sales. What will happen? In addition to earned revenue, we will positively impact the space we live in. And the banks and other powerful companies will definitely rebel against this.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The internet and the sharing economy gives us <strong>absolute power to do anything <\/strong>outside the established system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We can share in the revenues from rents, from transportation, from real estate projects. We can change the systems and ways that have so far laid golden eggs for closed groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That's what motivates me. To educate myself. To work hard. To make a profit.
