The best way, he says, is to find entrepreneurial and ambitious people, give them a framework within which they can move and a goal to go to. The execution itself should be left up to them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  <em>Functioning even without an influx of resources<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important that your charitable endeavours work without a constant flow of resources and especially energy. Monetary support is necessary for foundations because they do not engage in profit-generating activities, but it is the flow of energy that cannot be unlimited. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <em> Know how to help yourself <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any new organization or foundation that opens must have a district council. The leaders of the organization are members of the community it seeks to help. Those most involved must also be the most active. Otherwise, it can't be done. They can't just be helped from the outside, they have to be able to help themselves.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  <em>When the worst is over<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>so there's nothing to do but subsidise education and help people. He himself would say to get closer to openness and later help open up their society as well.
