They found two envelopes inside. In one was the will and in the other the contract of sale.  Anton\u00edn didn't just get the company as a gift. The real price of the company is estimated to be up to a billion crowns. Tomas sold it to Jan for only 50 million. These were to be paid to Tom\u00e1\u0161's wife and son so that they would be provided for and J\u00e1n would become the head of the company. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \ufe0f <em>Construction of houses in Zl\u00edn.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He started a massive construction of brick houses for his employees. He brought in world-famous and renowned architects for the task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  <em>Companies added their own spin.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He built on his brother's work - expanding business, improving the welfare system for employees, investing in education.  John founded other schools, a research institute, a house of culture and film studios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  <em>Class of young men - Tom\u00e1\u0161ovci.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They wore black tailcoats and top hats. They were the quintessential managers of Bata's enterprises abroad. They were taught foreign languages, business and even the etiquette of high society.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  <em>The great trade route around the world.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He summarized his ideas from his travels in a controversial essay titled \"Settling.\"  In Brazil he bought land the size of Moravia and in Slovakia he bought up land and excavation work began on a new town - Batovany. Today known as Partizanske.
