Se han invertido m\u00e1s de 50.000 millones de euros en bienes inmuebles en todo el mundo a trav\u00e9s del crowdfunding inmobiliario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y esto ya es una cantidad para pararse a pensar. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 funciona?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La idea del crowdfunding inmobiliario es bastante simple pero brillante al mismo tiempo. Personas corrientes que se unen para financiar una oportunidad de inversi\u00f3n en la que todos ganan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si dispongo de suficiente capital financiero, puedo financiar yo mismo un proyecto inmobiliario y obtener un rendimiento muy decente de los alquileres o las ventas. Siempre y cuando, por supuesto, tenga la informaci\u00f3n adecuada y la experiencia suficiente. El dinero no lo es todo en este caso.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

100 peque\u00f1os inversores invierten 1 000 euros. El importe de 100 000 euros ya es suficiente para financiar un proyecto inmobiliario en colaboraci\u00f3n con el inversor principal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El beneficio se reparte a partes iguales entre todas las partes implicadas. Seg\u00fan los acuerdos y contratos que firman entre ellos.<\/strong> Una gran situaci\u00f3n en la que todas las partes salen ganando. Una estructura de financiaci\u00f3n sencilla pero ingeniosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Toda inversi\u00f3n de personas a trav\u00e9s del crowdfunding est\u00e1 garantizada por activos. Ninguna criptomoneda o forex te dar\u00e1 eso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Los inversores del CLUB DE INVERSORES pueden invertir en cantidades menores en m\u00e1s proyectos. Distribuye los huevos en varias cestas (proyectos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si decides invertir independientemente del crowdfunding en un apartamento o condominio, tienes un gran huevo en una sola canasta. No tiene por qu\u00e9 ser inequ\u00edvocamente malo. S\u00f3lo hay que nombrar el riesgo potencial de la inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
