Neust\u00e1le zvy\u0161ovanie cien a \u010doraz vy\u0161\u0161ia infl\u00e1cia sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa, \u017ee be\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fddavky, ako napr\u00edklad n\u00e1kup potrav\u00edn, odkrajuj\u00fa z rozpo\u010dtu ove\u013ea viac ako kedysi. Za \u010do si priplat\u00edme najviac a o ko\u013eko?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00daroky na hypot\u00e9kach, spotrebn\u00fdch \u00faveroch a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch typoch p\u00f4\u017ei\u010diek rast\u00fa u\u017e nieko\u013eko mesiacov. V septembri v\u0161ak pri\u0161lo k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu cenov\u00e9mu skoku z d\u00f4vodu rozhodnutia Eur\u00f3pskej centr\u00e1lnej banky. Do tohto \u010d\u00edsla s\u00fa v\u0161ak zar\u00e1tan\u00e9 \u00favery dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed aj firiem s r\u00f4znymi fix\u00e1ciami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V pr\u00edpade niektor\u00fdch \u00faverov s\u00fa sadzby ove\u013ea vy\u0161\u0161ie. Napr\u00edklad hypotek\u00e1rny \u00faver s viazanos\u0165ou na 10 rokov m\u00e1 v niektor\u00fdch bank\u00e1ch \u00farokov\u00fa sadzbu v hodnote a\u017e 4,3 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00daroky sa l\u00ed\u0161ia v z\u00e1vislosti od jednotliv\u00fdch b\u00e1nk. Na z\u00e1klade indexu spotrebite\u013esk\u00fdch cien zo septembra 2022<\/a> r\u00e1stli medziro\u010dne ceny vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch sledovan\u00fdch odboroch spotrebn\u00e9ho ko\u0161a. Viac ako polovica z nich dosiahla medziro\u010dn\u00fd rast vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ako 10 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Potraviny boli vo v\u0161eobecnosti drah\u0161ie o 24,1 %<\/strong>. Najviac st\u00fapli ceny olejov a tukov, a to o 58,4 %, chlieb a obilniny o 27,1 %, mlieko, syry a vajcia o 26,4 %, m\u00e4so o 25 %, zelenina o 14,3 % a ovocie o 11,6 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vy\u0161\u0161ie ceny m\u00f4\u017eeme pozorova\u0165 aj v r\u00e1mci nealkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1pojov, za ktor\u00e9 sme si v septembri priplatili o 14,9 % viac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ceny b\u00fdvania a energi\u00ed sa pod\u013ea \u0160tatistick\u00e9ho \u00faradu zv\u00fd\u0161ili o 16,6 %<\/strong>. Rast cien zo za\u010diatku roka ovplyvnili najm\u00e4 o 33,6 % drah\u0161ie pevn\u00e9 paliv\u00e1. Na n\u00e1klady dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed v septembri 2022 mali n\u00e1sledne vplyv aj o 4,4 % drah\u0161ie dod\u00e1vky vody a o 19,9 % drah\u0161ie n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu a opravy obydlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mnoh\u00ed sa ob\u00e1vaj\u00fa zvy\u0161ovania cien energi\u00ed v bud\u00facom roku. \u0160t\u00e1t preto pri\u0161iel s rie\u0161en\u00edm zastropenia cien<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 bude zatia\u013e plati\u0165 od 1. janu\u00e1ra do 31. marca. Ceny sa zastropili takto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Spotrebu nad tieto hranice preplat\u00ed<\/strong> \u0161t\u00e1t<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u017divotu s infl\u00e1ciou sme venovali cel\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nok<\/a>. Av\u0161ak najlep\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom, ako bojova\u0165 proti infl\u00e1cii, je zhodnocova\u0165 peniaze prostredn\u00edctvom investovania<\/strong>.
