Po obohacuj\u00facom prieskume investi\u010dn\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania Slov\u00e1kov sme si zmapovali aj spr\u00e1vanie Slov\u00e1kov na realitnom trhu. Konkr\u00e9tne n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 b\u00fdvanie na Slovensku. \u010co sme zistili? Takmer polovica (48 %) z op\u00fdtan\u00fdch n\u00e1jomcov pl\u00e1nuje zosta\u0165 v n\u00e1jme aspo\u0148 p\u00e4\u0165 rokov. Tu treba podotkn\u00fa\u0165, \u017ee n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 b\u00fdvanie je u\u017e v krajin\u00e1ch z\u00e1padnej Eur\u00f3py dlhodob\u00fdm \u0161tandardom. V Nemecku je to napr\u00edklad a\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd druh\u00fd \u010dlovek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n J\u00e1n Holl\u00fd, finan\u010dn\u00fd riadite\u013e Invest in Slovakia, komentuje situ\u00e1ciu na Slovensku takto: \u201eSiln\u00e1 t\u00fa\u017eba Slov\u00e1kov b\u00fdva\u0165 vo vlastnom u\u017e druh\u00fd rok po sebe nar\u00e1\u017ea na tvrd\u00fa realitu najm\u00e4 na trhu hypot\u00e9k. Analytici v\u0161ak nepredpokladaj\u00fa n\u00e1vrat cien hypot\u00e9k na \u00farove\u0148 okolo 1 % do roku 2025. \u010coraz viac Slov\u00e1kov tak bude musie\u0165 namiesto hypot\u00e9ky na k\u00fapu vlastn\u00e9ho b\u00fdvania siahnu\u0165 po b\u00fdvan\u00ed v prenajatom dome \u010di byte. Trend potvrdzuje aj rast\u00faci z\u00e1ujem developerov aj investorov o n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 reality na Slovensku.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Aj v s\u00favislosti s rast\u00facim z\u00e1ujmom o n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 projekty v bl\u00edzkej bud\u00facnosti pripravujeme nov\u00e9 investi\u010dn\u00e9 kampane s mo\u017enos\u0165ou profitu z dlhodob\u00e9ho pren\u00e1jmu. Z n\u00e1\u0161ho prv\u00e9ho prieskumu investi\u010dn\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania Slov\u00e1kov<\/a> vyplynulo, \u017ee a\u017e 64 % z n\u00e1s pravidelne mesa\u010dne investuje sumu do 100 eur.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nV pren\u00e1jme b\u00fdva 15 % op\u00fdtan\u00fdch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
