V praxi v\u0161ak proces vyzer\u00e1 takto jednoducho:<\/p> Be\u017en\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka invest\u00edcie, teda investi\u010dn\u00fd horizont, je 12 a\u017e 36 mesiacov<\/strong>, pri\u010dom do jedn\u00e9ho projektu m\u00f4\u017eete vlo\u017ei\u0165 od 50 do 30 000 \u20ac, pod\u013ea vlastn\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed a strat\u00e9gie.<\/p> Realitn\u00fd crowdfunding predstavuje zaisten\u00e9 kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 invest\u00edcie, pri ktor\u00fdch dl\u017en\u00edk ru\u010d\u00ed nehnute\u013enos\u0165ou.<\/p> V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee invest\u00edcia je kryt\u00e1 majetkom a m\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161iu mieru bezpe\u010dnosti ako be\u017en\u00e9 nezabezpe\u010den\u00e9 p\u00f4\u017ei\u010dky. Okrem toho crowdfunding investorovi umo\u017e\u0148uje:<\/p> \u2714 Investova\u0165 aj mal\u00e9 sumy<\/strong> \u2013 od 50 eur.
