Po \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fdch kampaniach typu \"Realitn\u00fd projekt\" sme sa pustili do novej v\u00fdzvy - do s\u00e9rie kampan\u00ed typu \"Kapit\u00e1lov\u00fd rast\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spracovali sme anal\u00fdzy a my\u0161lienku nov\u00e9ho biznis modelu a v INVEST CLUBE sme zverejnili nov\u00fa pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 - RENT (n\u00e1jom).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00f4\u017ee sa to udia\u0165 za t\u00fdchto podmienok:<\/p>\n\n\n\n U\u017e\u00a0<\/em>po\u00a09 mesiacoch\u00a0si m\u00f4\u017ee investor po\u017eiada\u0165 o vyplatenie istiny a pomernej \u010dasti mesa\u010dnej v\u00fdplaty (\u00farokov\u00e9ho v\u00fdnosu\u00a0bez kapit\u00e1lov\u00e9ho v\u00fdnosu<\/u>) za predpokladu, \u017ee Invest in Slovakia n\u00e1jde z\u00e1ujemcu o post\u00fapenie takejto invest\u00edcie alebo Hlavn\u00fd investor ods\u00fahlas\u00ed pred\u010dasn\u00e9 vyplatenie istiny z vlastn\u00fdch zdrojov.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Potrebn\u00fd \u010das pred\u010dasn\u00e9ho vyplatenia istiny je do 3 mesiacov od momentu vy\u017eiadania.\u00a0Tzn. Od 9 - 35 mesiacov si investor m\u00f4\u017ee po\u017eiada\u0165 o vyplatenie istiny s pomernou \u010das\u0165ou mesa\u010dnej v\u00fdplaty bez v\u00fdnosu z KAPIT\u00c1LOV\u00c9HO RASTU.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\nD\u00e1 sa vybra\u0165 sk\u00f4r?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
