Posledn\u00fd kvart\u00e1l tohto roka priniesol viacero pr\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed, ako zhodnoti\u0165 svoje finan\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky. \u010clenom Invest Clubu sme zverejnili 11 kampan\u00ed<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Tento kvart\u00e1l nebol bohat\u00fd len na investi\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00edle\u017eitosti, ale aj na medi\u00e1lnu osvetu na\u0161ej platformy. Vyu\u017eili sme viacero mo\u017enost\u00ed a odprezentovali sme seba, svoju pr\u00e1cu a to, kam chceme smerova\u0165 a pokra\u010dova\u0165. <\/p>\n\n\n\n O obnove budov sme p\u00edsali v Hospod\u00e1rskych novin\u00e1ch<\/a>, v internetovom \u010dasopise Refresher ste n\u00e1s mohli vidie\u0165 v \u010dasti Disrupter<\/a> a na str\u00e1nke startitup.sk<\/a> sme prezentovali jedine\u010dn\u00fa \u0161ancu kapitalizova\u0165 na realitnom developerskom boome. V p\u00e1nskom \u010dasopise Formen<\/a> sme predstavili zauj\u00edmav\u00fa spolupr\u00e1cu s MMA bojovn\u00edkom Vlastom \u010cepom<\/a>, aby sme aj prostredn\u00edctvom jeho osoby ako \u0161portovca posunuli do sveta my\u0161lienku, \u017ee na rezervu je potrebn\u00e9 myslie\u0165 od mlada, v mal\u00fdch \u010diastkach a pravidelne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Aj tieto kroky a medi\u00e1lne kampane pomohli k tomu, \u017ee sa roz\u0161\u00edrila aj z\u00e1klad\u0148a investorov - k 31.12. evidujeme 4 802 investorov v Invest Clube. <\/p>\n\n\n\n V uplynul\u00fdch \u0161tyroch mesiacoch sme zverejnili 11 kampan\u00ed z 5 projektov (BD Ru\u017eov\u00e1 I. a II., Viladomy Kuku\u010dka III., Schvabi Residenz I. a II. (spolu 4 kampane, vr\u00e1tane dofinan\u010dn\u00fdch), Stavebn\u00e9 pozemky V. Tatry a Mesa\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdplaty s kapit\u00e1lov\u00fdm rastom I., II. a III.). Spolu sa vyzbierala suma 1 453 835,08 EUR. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u010eakujeme v\u0161etk\u00fdm investorom, ktor\u00ed sa zapojili do t\u00fdchto kampan\u00ed a pomohli tak naplni\u0165 cie\u013eov\u00e9 \u010diastky. My v\u010faka v\u00e1m rastieme a va\u0161e v\u00fdnosy sa na opl\u00e1tku zn\u00e1sobuj\u00fa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Ver\u00edme, \u017ee rok 2022 bude minim\u00e1lne tak \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fd ako z\u00e1ver tohto star\u00e9ho. \u017de budete podporova\u0165 slovensk\u00e9 projekty a budova\u0165 si tak svoj matejok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Za mesiace september - december <\/strong>developeri vyplatili investorom Invest in Slovakia v\u00fdnosy zo \u0161trn\u00e1stich prebiehaj\u00facich projektov <\/em>vo v\u00fd\u0161ke spolu 123 038,20 EUR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n V\u0161etky v\u00fdnosy sa po\u010das posledn\u00e9ho kvart\u00e1lu vypl\u00e1cali na\u010das a bez ak\u00fdchko\u013evek ome\u0161kan\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Projekt Park Lesn\u00e1 I. bol ukon\u010den\u00fd. K 20. decembru bola vyplaten\u00e1 posledn\u00e1 spl\u00e1tka v\u00fdnosu, BONUS z projektu aj istina vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 171 600 EUR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Projekt pokra\u010duje doveden\u00edm pr\u00edstupovej cesty a pr\u00edpravou pozemku na stavebn\u00e9 parcely s in\u017einierskymi sie\u0165ami. Projektov\u00ed mana\u017e\u00e9ri ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 pracuj\u00fa na tom, aby sa projekt podarilo dosta\u0165 do zdarn\u00e9ho konca. O \u010fal\u0161om v\u00fdvoji v\u00e1s budeme informova\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Na\u0161e \u010d\u00edsla ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 rast\u00fa. M\u00e1me z toho ve\u013ek\u00fa rados\u0165 a te\u0161\u00edme sa ka\u017ed\u00e9mu nov\u00e9mu \u010dlenovi a novej invest\u00edcii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Z po\u010dtu v\u0161etk\u00fdch registrovan\u00fdch investorov (4 802) je v Invest Clube akt\u00edvnych 1 442 overen\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dtov (ostatn\u00e9 s\u00fa v stave registrovan\u00fd alebo neverifikovan\u00fd). Z toho je spolu 859 akt\u00edvnych investorov (tj. investor, ktor\u00fd si aspo\u0148 1x poslal kredit). <\/p>\n\n\n\n Medzi investormi dominuj\u00fa mu\u017ei, no ani \u017eeny v poslednom obdob\u00ed nezaost\u00e1vaj\u00fa a \u010doraz viac z nich m\u00e1 z\u00e1ujem o investovanie do nehnute\u013enost\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Invest in Slovakia sprostredkovala k dne\u0161n\u00e9mu d\u0148u invest\u00edcie vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 4 040 527,95 EUR. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n Park Lesn\u00e1***, Vysok\u00e9 Tatry<\/strong> - projekt je vo f\u00e1ze \u00fazemn\u00e9ho konania (vyplatenie istiny z kampane \u010d. I. z r. 2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rezidencia Ji\u0159\u00edho Wolkera, Poprad <\/strong>- 3.1. developer z\u00edskal pr\u00e1voplatn\u00e9 \u00fazemn\u00e9 rozhodnutie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Green project Pre\u0161ov, Na R\u00farkach<\/strong> - 22.11. developer z\u00edskal pr\u00e1voplatn\u00e9 stavebn\u00e9 povolenie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ECO-HYDRO, Spi\u0161sk\u00e1 Teplica<\/strong> - 8.12. developer z\u00edskal pr\u00e1voplatn\u00e9 stavebn\u00e9 povolenie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sokolka, Zvolen<\/strong> - 8.12. developer z\u00edskal povolenie o zmene stavby pred dokon\u010den\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Three Hills Home***, Ve\u013ek\u00e1 Lomnic<\/strong>a - vo f\u00e1ze rie\u0161enia \u0161t\u00fadie a projektu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Projekt Mal\u00e9 Vily<\/strong> - b\u00fdvanie v men\u0161\u00edch domoch. Vo f\u00e1ze rie\u0161enia projek\u010dnej \u010dasti a akviz\u00edcie vhodn\u00fdch pozemkov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Rezidencia M. Kuku\u010d\u00edna, Zvolen<\/strong> - v stave pr\u00edpravy projektov pre stavebn\u00e9 povolenie. Za\u010dali sa rekon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n BD Ru\u017eov\u00e1, Pre\u0161ov<\/strong> - v stave pr\u00edpravy pre stavebn\u00e9 povolenie.
