D\u00f4kladn\u00e1 previerka preuk\u00e1zala p\u00f4vodn\u00fa kon\u0161trukciu za plne funk\u010dn\u00fa, vlastn\u00edk sa teda s\u00fastredil na \u00fapravu interi\u00e9ru a prestavbu exteri\u00e9ru. Na pozemku tak vznikne 5 modern\u00fdch a n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00fdch bytov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doteraz sa do 9 investi\u010dn\u00fdch kampan\u00ed projektu zapojilo dokopy 632 investorov. Spolu zafinancovali viac ne\u017e 701 433 eur, s priemernou jednor\u00e1zovou invest\u00edciou 1 115,86 eur. Z kampan\u00ed dosiahnu po\u010das investi\u010dn\u00fdch obdob\u00ed \u00faro\u010denie od 10,9 % do 12,07 % p.a. (ro\u010dne). Vo v\u0161eobecnosti, ak by zabrala novostavba projektu 18 mesiacov, pri rekon\u0161trukcii mo\u017eno po\u010d\u00edta\u0165 s obdob\u00edm okolo 14 mesiacov.
