Investori, n\u00e1jomcovia, mest\u00e1, ako aj vl\u00e1dy m\u00f4\u017eu a musia zohr\u00e1va\u0165 k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu pri dosahovan\u00ed zn\u00ed\u017eenia emisi\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov v s\u00favislosti s v\u00fdstavbou a prev\u00e1dzkou nehnute\u013enost\u00ed, ako aj zmyselnom vyu\u017eit\u00ed priestoru a okolitej krajiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
