Pred p\u00e1r d\u0148ami sme zverejnili na na\u0161ej str\u00e1nke investi\u010dn\u00fd projekt Park Lesn\u00e1***<\/a>. Ide o v\u00fdstavbu rodinn\u00fdch a dovolenkov\u00fdch domov vo Vysok\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Detaily projektu m\u00f4\u017eete vidie\u0165 v \u010dasti KLUB INVESTOROV<\/a>. Mimochodom, u\u017e po 3 d\u0148och, odkedy bol projekt zverejnen\u00fd, dosiahol slu\u0161n\u00fd \u00faspech. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n T\u00fato oblas\u0165 d\u00f4verne\npozn\u00e1m. Skvel\u00fd biznis pri 80% vy\u0165a\u017eenosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Dopyt po dovolenkov\u00fdch nehnute\u013enostiach za posledn\u00e9 roky vo Vysok\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch prudko nar\u00e1stol. V tomto obdob\u00ed za\u010dala rezonova\u0165 v celej Eur\u00f3pe fr\u00e1za, nie \u201eluxusn\u00e1, resp. lukrat\u00edvna dovolenka\", ale \u201ebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 dovolenka\"<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Ak by v\u00e1\u0161 hotel v tej\ndobe Google na\u0161iel pod slovnou fr\u00e1zou \u201ebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 dovolenka\", mali by ste\nvypredan\u00e9 do 10 min\u00fat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vysok\u00e9 Tatry sa zrejme stali pr\u00e1ve tou bezpe\u010dnou dovolenkou (ak neleziete v tenisk\u00e1ch v zlom po\u010das\u00ed na Gerlachovsk\u00fd \u0161t\u00edt bez horsk\u00e9ho vodcu), no z\u00e1rove\u0148 kr\u00e1snou a jedine\u010dnou dovolenkovou destin\u00e1ciou s n\u00e1dhernou pr\u00edrodou, ako stvoren\u00fa na z\u00e1\u017eitky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u010eal\u0161\u00edmi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdmi faktormi<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 ovplyvnili n\u00e1v\u0161tevnos\u0165 na\u0161ich h\u00f4r s\u00fa aplik\u00e1cie booking.com<\/a>, airbnb.com<\/a> a in\u00e9, prostredn\u00edctvom ktor\u00fdch si \u013eudia z ak\u00fdchko\u013evek k\u00fatov sveta m\u00f4\u017eu za atrakt\u00edvnu cenu objedna\u0165 pobyt a napl\u00e1nova\u0165 jednoduch\u00fa a lacn\u00fa cestu priamo k n\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vysok\u00e9 Tatry posledn\u00fdch 5 rokov l\u00e1mu rekordy n\u00e1v\u0161tevnosti<\/strong> a turistick\u00e9mu biznisu sa za\u010dalo v\u00fdrazne dari\u0165. To ovplyvnilo samozrejme aj nehnute\u013enosti. Dnes sme dosiahli kedysi nepredstavite\u013en\u00fa \u00farove\u0148, kedy pred\u00e1vame vo Vysok\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch apartm\u00e1nov\u00e9 byty za cenu ktor\u00e1 sa bl\u00ed\u017ei k 4 000 eur\/m2!<\/p>\n\n\n\n To je 300 000 eur za 80m2 apartm\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V roku 2018-2019 sa\npred\u00e1vali apartm\u00e1nov\u00e9 byty r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou blesku. A predan\u00fdch ich bolo\n100-vky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Ovplyv\u0148uje to pr\u00e1ve n\u00e1v\u0161tevnos\u0165, o ktorej som sa zmienil vy\u0161\u0161ie. K\u00fapa dovolenkovej nehnute\u013enosti je invest\u00edcia, ktor\u00e1 v\u00e1m generuje r\u00fdchlu n\u00e1vratnos\u0165 z pren\u00e1jmov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Investi\u010dn\u00e9 nehnute\u013enosti si kupuj\u00fa \u013eudia z cel\u00e9ho sveta. Nie s\u00fa to nehnute\u013enosti na trval\u00e9 b\u00fdvanie. S\u00fa to nehnute\u013enosti na ob\u010dasn\u00e9 dovolenky pre majite\u013ea a na prenaj\u00edmanie turistom z cel\u00e9ho sveta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ak za\u010dnete uva\u017eova\u0165 t\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom<\/strong>, zrazu pochop\u00edte, \u017ee sa v\u00e1m otvorili dvere potenci\u00e1lnych kupuj\u00facich do cel\u00e9ho sveta.
